Information You Submit
Search entries
A name, place, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those query terms on our own system. The provider’s policy controls its processing.
Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless law requires it.
