Purpose of the Site
The site points visitors toward Reeves County and Texas custody, release, court, corrections, supervision, federal, and immigration record resources. It stores no official record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a request or court paper, or act for a visitor. Some links connect to third-party research tools.
Acceptable Use Rules

Reeves County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a screening service. You agree not to use any information for:
- hiring, discipline, or firing;
- tenant selection or housing eligibility;
- creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
- licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or

We may restrict, suspend, or end access at any time, for any reason, without notice, including when use threatens the site, another visitor, or compliance with these terms.
Texas Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
